How much does the initial consultation cost?+
The first conversation is complimentary and lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. If we decide to work together, I'll explain services and fees in a second session — never before.
How does it work if I live outside Guatemala?+
The international buyer service is designed so you travel as little as possible. I conduct visits on your behalf, record high-definition walkthroughs, coordinate video calls with bilingual notaries, and handle every legal document on your side. You only travel for the signing — if you choose to.
How quickly do you respond?+
I personally reply within 24 hours, every day. If your message arrives on a Sunday evening, you'll have a response first thing Monday morning.
What information should I have ready?+
Nothing mandatory. But if you have a clear budget range, an idea of the type of property you're looking for (colonial, estate, land, rental investment), and the zone, the conversation goes further. If none of that is clear yet — that's exactly what I'm here for.
