Investment consultancy

For those who want to understand whether Antigua makes sense for their capital before deciding to buy. Analysis of neighbourhoods, historical yields, comparables, and a 3- to 5-year projection.

A technical inspection before you sign. Structure, systems, heritage restrictions, renovation feasibility and cost. This is the service that has saved my clients up to forty thousand dollars on a single purchase.

Designed for buyers based outside Guatemala who wish to minimise travel. I conduct visits on your behalf, record detailed walkthroughs, coordinate video calls with notaries, and handle every legal document on your side.
