The story behind the signature.
I grew up among architectural plans. My training as an architect came first, and it still shapes how I see every property — not as square metres, but as a series of technical, structural, and heritage decisions that will affect your investment for decades.
My entry into the real estate market was unplanned. It began with clients from my first architectural projects asking me to evaluate properties before they bought. I would step in to review the beams, the foundations, the heritage cracks no one else was reading. And I began to notice something: most buyers in Antigua were signing without truly knowing what they were signing.
Today my service combines two disciplines that are rarely seen together: that of the architect, who understands what the wall conceals; and that of the advisor, who understands the numbers and the market. It is the only way to truly protect a buyer's wealth.
A colonial property well bought is the most rewarding and emotionally satisfying financial decision you will ever make. One badly bought is the most expensive.

My philosophy.
I work with fewer clients than most agents. It is deliberate. A property properly evaluated and well negotiated takes time, and I would rather give that time to three clients a year than rush through thirty.
I don't accept hidden commissions from sellers. My fee comes from the buyer — and that ensures my interests are aligned with yours. If a property has a problem, I tell you. If the price is inflated, I tell you. If now is the wrong moment to buy, I tell you that too.
And once we close, I remain present. I have accompanied clients through renovations, boundary disputes, and decisions to sell. The relationship does not end at the signing — it begins there.
